Red Bricks Media is seeking a Web Usability Engineer with strong IA experience to help grow The User Experience Team and practice. The successful candidate will initially work under the direction of the Search Engine Optimization Team to ensure that web development projects are optimized for both search engines and human interaction.

REQUIREMENTS

• Demonstrated capabilities (0-1 years) in Web Usability and IA, including the creation of detailed wireframe specifications with content types, navigation, and wayfinding
• Proficient in Visio, knowledge of HTML and web technologies
• Ability to provide clear, objective analysis of web experiences
• Able to present ideas, concepts, and final deliverables to internal teams and clients
• Excellent communication and client interfacing skills
• Ability to build and lead a team
• Product and program development capabilities
