Edward Kim
Chief Executive Officer

As CEO of Red Bricks Media, Ed oversees our client services, sales, marketing and operations. Ed’s vision and drive have been instrumental in growing Red Bricks Media into a performance marketing powerhouse. Prior to his role as VP of Client Services at Red Bricks Media, Ed served five years as Director of Sales and Services at Digital Impact, pioneering award-winning marketing programs for Fortune 500 companies like Apple, HP, Microsoft and Wells Fargo. He holds a B.S. in Mathematics, with a minor in Business Administration, and a Masters in Mathematics from UCLA.

Elliott Easterling
VP Sales and Marketing

As one of our co-founders, Elliott is an innovator, leader and visionary who has delivered Red Bricks Media from fledgling search marketing firm to full-blown interactive agency in less than three years. Elliott is VP of Sales and Marketing, and he’s lifted Red Bricks Media’s revenue over 300% in the past year. Prior to Red Bricks Media, he was VP of Sales and Account Management at Digital Impact and oversaw 60% of the company’s accounts. He drove seven figure sales growth by the division’s second year. Armed with a B.A. from Amherst College and a Master’s in International Technology Management from UC San Diego, Elliott’s abiding interests include fluency in three languages, an appreciation for painting and photography, and extensive world travel. His beloved rottweiler, Massimo, is the official mascot of Red Bricks Media.

Craig Hordlow
Chief Search Strategist

Half scientist, half entrepreneur, Craig is Red Bricks Media’s Chief Search Strategist and guardian of the “special sauce” that makes up our search strategy. Since 1999, he has been on the cutting-edge of Search Engine Optimization, helping a range of clients achieve significant sales improvements through higher search rankings. Craig’s rigorous experimentation and innovative analysis have become the basis for Red Bricks Media’s approach to all SEO engagements. Before Red Bricks Media, Craig founded and was CEO for Community Musician, an online service that grew to over 90,000 members and over six figures in revenue in just one year. When he’s not playing guitar and singing lead in his band, Erogenous Jones, Craig publishes thoughts on his Mostly Search Blog and teaches Search Engine Optimization at Academy X in San Francisco, CA. Craig holds degrees in English and Molecular Biology from St. Lawrence University and the University of Oregon, respectively.

Kelly Olson
CFO

Kelly manages the financial arm of Red Bricks Media to ensure that every process is efficiently directed at maximizing our clients’ ROI. Coming from a background in HR and finance, Kelly has been integral in developing standard methodologies for reporting, keyword research and time tracking – his innovative mind led to the development of CARMA, Red Bricks Media’s proprietary campaign operations tool. Before joining Red Bricks Media in 2005, Kelly spent seven years working as a consultant for the Global HR Solutions division of PricewaterhouseCoopers, and he also spent one year as a controller for the Malcolm Group, a consortium of privately held entities that designs and wholesales women’s clothing. Kelly graduated with a degree in Accounting from Azusa Pacific University.

Beth Morgan
VP Operations

Coming from a background in direct marketing, Beth is the strategic brains behind our SEM success. Beth is the VP of Operations and is responsible for organizing, developing and overseeing every aspect of our online advertising campaigns, from message and testing strategy to media buying and segmentation. Prior to joining Red Bricks Media, Beth successfully directed Digital Impact’s Custom Web Development group to the highest revenue growth and profit margin of any division. She holds an MBA from Stanford University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Georgetown University. Her deepest, darkest secret: Beth plays with fire on a regular basis and has performed in San Francisco’s Union Square.

Dan Weiner
Managing Director, Red Bricks Media East

As Managing Director of Red Bricks in New York, Dan is responsible for the business and operations of our New York office and client services across the East Coast. Dan has held product and marketing roles at SONY BMG Music Entertainment, Idealab, and Priceline.com. Most recently, Weiner was Vice President of Sony BMG’s Online Media Network and was responsible for deploying new ad networks across the company’s hundreds of artist and label sites and developing compelling marketing offerings around its content and artists. He also launched a range of new content delivery and community tools, including the industry-leading Musicbox video network. Dan holds an MBA from the Wharton School and a BA in Social Anthropology from Harvard University.

Theresa Lee
Creative Director

Since being named Creative Director of Red Bricks Media in 2006, Theresa Lee has been instrumental to our transformation into a full-service, interactive powerhouse. Her experience in branding, direct marketing, new media, buzz and web development led to the acquisition of clients like Wells Fargo, PayPal, Academy of Art University, Seagate, Microsoft and THQ. More importantly, her ability to manage and direct a team of talented creatives has gained her nationwide recognition, winning six Addys in 2006 and three more awards in 2007 from the Create, Creativity and the Star Alliance competitions. Prior to joining Red Bricks Media, Theresa worked as an Art Director at Publicis Dialog, where she created global and national campaigns for corporations such as Google, Sprint, HP and WebEx. She holds a BFA in Graphic Design from Indiana University.

Andrew Leinicke
Media Director

Andrew (aka Andy) Leinicke is literally a man with a plan. His love of microsegmentation, thorough testing, and up-to-the-second tracking and optimization, makes him the best in the business when it comes to decreasing CPA and increasing ROI. After one year as a Paid Search Marketing Strategist for Red Bricks Media he was promoted to his current position as Media Director where his responsibilities include overseeing the strategic planning arm of the Paid Search Team. Before joining Red Bricks Media, Andy served as Marketing Manager and Director for Alpinist Magazine, Saveur Magazine, and Garden Design Magazine. He has an MS in Marketing Science from Northwestern University.

Rebecca Vittetoe
Media Supervisor

Just a few months after taking on the role of Media Supervisor, Rebecca Vittetoe grew Red Bricks Media's Media Planning service by a whopping 2,000%. Her responsibilities include designing integrated campaign strategies for both traditional and interactive media buys, plus tracking, reporting and optimization of creative messaging. With a degree in Advertising from The University of Texas at Austin, and a stint at Dallas' prestigious Point Group serving clients like Accuro Health, Texas Health Resources, and Chainlinks Retail Advisors, Rebecca is a testament to the fact that you don't mess with Texas.
