ELLIOTT EASTERLING,Co-Founder & CEOElliott is an innovator, leader, and digital savant who delivered RBM from boutique search marketing firm to global interactive agency. In 2003 Elliott launched the company and has been instructive in leading its fast-paced growth and regional expansion, servicing the needs of some of the world’s biggest brands. Elliott’s relentless pursuit of innovation and excellence has produced a sequence of new service lines that have consistently set the pace for the digital advertising industry. He brings more than 15 years of digital marketing to his stewardship of the firm. Prior to RBM, Elliott was VP of Sales and Account Management at Digital Impact (now Acxiom Digital) and oversaw 60% of the company’s accounts. Armed with a B.A. from Amherst College and a Master’s in International Technology Management from UC San Diego, Elliott’s abiding interests include fluency in two languages, an appreciation for painting and photography, and extensive world travel. |

KIRSTIN FALK,COO & CMOKirstin is RBM’s Chief Operating Officer and Chief Marketing Officer and oversees our team of Account Managers to ensure paramount client satisfaction and to help guide high-performing digital marketing client programs. Kirstin is a brand-engagement and digital-marketing strategist who brings a strong leadership background to her role as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Marketing Officer. Kirstin has cross-functional industry experiences that encompass technology, non-profit, political, corporate social responsibility, and financial services. She is also the co-founder of Lifecycle Strategy Group, and her past positions have included Chief Marketing Officer of AngelPoints, founder and Chief Executive Officer of the New Progressive Coalition, and portfolio manager for Levensohn Capital Management and Van Kasper Advisers. Kirstin grew up in St. Helena, CA and graduated with honors in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She loves to travel, play softball, and seek adrenaline on mountain slopes on either skis or a bike. |

JOHN BOSSO,VP EngineeringJohn is responsible for the Web Development team that builds and maintains cutting edge solutions for our web-centric clients. John is a seasoned development and program manager whose assignments have included Director of Program Management, Senior Development Manager, and Director of Production Engineering at companies and agencies including Vodafone, Nimblefish, DHAP Digital, and Digital Impact. He has focused on managing the overall engagement for web and mobile development projects for clients such as Adobe, AT&T, Industrial Light and Magic, Sears, and the Toyota/Lexus/Scion family of sites. John has a BS in Aeronautical Engineering and Business Management from San Jose State University and is PMI certified. |

GARIN HOBBS,Director of Business DevelopmentGarin Hobbs is RBM’s Director of Business Development. Garin has an extensive background in sales and management, and he has helped grow multi-million dollar businesses on both a domestic and international scale. Before he joined our team, Garin worked as an international manager at Lyris Technologies, and he was a critical part of teams at Boldfish, DoubleClick, and Netscape. Now he contributes his skills in marketing, demand generation, and communications to RBM, where he will be responsible for developing leads, increasing sales, and creating customized programs for our clients. |

PETER VAUGHAN,Senior Director of Integrated SolutionsAs Senior Director of Integrated Solutions at RBM, Peter oversees many of our core services, including social media, SEO, and media analytics. Peter began his career with RBM in 2006 where he built a reputation as an award-winning copywriter in multiple forms of online media including PPC, SEO, email, banner, and websites. He then moved into the role of RBM’s Director of Social Media, where he developed and managed effective marketing campaigns on web channels like Twitter and Facebook. Past and present clients include Adobe, Sony, Vogue, Seagate, PayPal, Hitachi. and VEVO. Peter holds a B.A. in Literature from the University of Virginia. |

ANDREW LEINICKE,Director of Media & Customer InsightsAndrew (Andy) Leinicke is our Director of Media & Customer Insights and manages all aspects of our Paid Media and Analytics practices. A four-year veteran of the agency, Andy is in charge of organizing, developing and overseeing every aspect of a campaign from message and testing strategy to media buying and segmentation. Under his leadership, the team developed an advanced micro-segmentation strategy and industry-leading approach to keyword research. While at RBM, Andy has been a key player on some of our top accounts, including Hitachi, Sony Pictures and Hearst Magazines. Prior to joining RBM, Andy worked in consumer publishing, serving as Sales and Marketing Director for Alpinist Magazine, Marketing Manager at Saveur and Garden Design, and Marketing Assistant at Worth Magazine. Andy received an M.S. in Marketing Science from Northwestern University and a B.S. in Molecular Biology from Kalamazoo College. |

JOHN SCHULENBURG,Director of SEO & Social MediaAs Director of SEO and Social Media at RBM, John and his team plan, execute, and maintain search engine optimization projects for our clients. John works closely with our social and paid media experts to create Holistic Search campaigns that integrate multiple high-return marketing channels. John gained extensive experience in SEO, SEM, social media, and web development in his previous positions as Director of SEO & Social Media at Lifescript, Director of SEO at Newegg, and Senior SEO & Content Manager at Pricegrabber. He studied computer information systems at Arizona State University. |

SEAN WILKINS,Managing Director, New York OfficeAs the Managing Director of RBM’s New York office, Sean Wilkins will focus his efforts on further advancing the development of our East Coast operations. Sean is a marketing thought leader who comes to RBM with a reputation as a strategic marketing and operations problem solver. Sean has experience in both the marketing services and tech industries, having defined and led successful marketing campaigns for diverse business and consumer brands like Netvibes, AT&T, Trumer Pils, and Panda Express, among others. With each engagement, Sean focuses on defining business-minded solutions hand in hand with clients to produce measurable and profitable results. Sean graduated with a BA in Literature from the University of Delaware. He counts Carolina-style barbeque, Argentina, and teaching others about wine among his interests. |
